Ink cartridges work great and were a good price as well. Would recommend these cartridges to others.Rating: 5 / 5

I ordered this for my XPS M1330. It arrived promptly and in nice packaging. I was very disappointed that it wasn't an actual Dell battery--I thought I remembered the product description claiming that this was a new Dell battery, but either I misremembered or the description changed. It looks exactly like a Dell battery, but the label is off-brand. Given its performance, I'm suspicious that it was a refurbished battery, but I'm not technologically savvy enough to really tell.

I installed it according to their directions, but when I tried charging it (I repeat: according to their directions), it didn't accept a charge. It showed that I was plugged in, but the battery charge didn't increase at all. When I called the company, they said to let it run down completely initially, rather than trying to charge it before running it down. I followed their directions, but never got above a 27-30% charge. After trying this for 3 or 4 days, I gave up and returned it. They returned my purchase price promptly, but I'm out shipping costs both ways and very annoyed by the whole experience.Rating: 1 / 5

This battery catches a little when trying to slide it into the battery port, so you have to shove it a little harder than the OEM battery. Otherwise, it's working fine so far though I haven't really had a chance to test the battery life yet.Rating: 3 / 5

When I first used this battery my computer showed an hour and 55 minutes of battery life which turned out to be less than an hour before I got a message saying that I better plug my PC in. I figured the battery just needed a full charge, however, I've had the batter for several days now and I can't even get more than 60 minutes of charge with this battery. I keep my brightness at about 85 percent when I'm using my battery.

If I had known that I would get less than an hour of battery life on a full charge I would have just bought the regular battery from Dell. For me this battery was NOT worth the money.Rating: 2 / 5

I just received my battery from power_direct and I have to say I'm a bit disappointed. It is NOT an actual dell battery, as other reviewers said, and the finish isn't as nice. There's a problem with one of the hooks that connect to the laptop - it seems to be slightly thicker AND the plastic piece for the locking mechanism is reversed. So it does not lock into the laptop, it just fits very tightly in the slot, and the lock is permanently in the open position. Will try to upload pictures later.

I will give it a try but if it starts heating up or anything, I will definitely be returning it. It also doesn't look completely brand new - some scratches and stuff indicating it has been used before. The only pro is that it included better instructions for maintaining and getting the most use out of your battery.

I may return it regardless.. I don't like the thought of putting anything in my computer that seems badly made, that may change the structure and damage the integrity of my system, even if it's half the price.

UPDATE: I just went back to the page and the picture has changed completely - mine was a 6-cell not a 9-cell as pictured.. not sure what's going on with this product.Rating: 2 / 5

The battery works okay so far (2 months). However battery life is only ~1.5h and then needs to be recharged - was hoping it would last longer than that.Rating: 3 / 5

I almost feel bad giving this adapter a bad review for how inexpensive it was. It works fine most of the time, however, the cord that runs from the outlet into the adapter often comes loose causing the computer to switch to battery power. The adapter has a green light on it that will go out if the power is lost. I found that if you push the plug forcefully into the adapter and don't move it, it works fine. Great price though compared to the "Dell" model.Rating: 3 / 5

The replacement adapter works just as well as the original, and for a fraction the price. I had completely forgotten I even had a non-dell model replacement until I was asked to review my purchase. I had no such problems with the adapter connection as did the previous reviewer.Rating: 5 / 5

The cord broke within a month. The part of the cord that connects into the wall and the other part of the cord was loose and will not stay connected so it is not charging my computer anymore.Rating: 2 / 5
